For the first time in my life, I losing weight the healthy way. There are no shortcuts- there is hard work, dedication and accountability. I refuse to hold on to the ED mentality and habits I developed over years of being unhappy with myself.

I was so mad at the scale today because it’s barely moved in 6 months- and in the past 2 months, I’ve apparently gained 2 lbs. But this is proof my scale is a liar. Halloween 2011 vs May 2012 (about 6 months difference)…please note, I am even wearing Spanx in October.
